double turkey breast, from Italian raw material, unit size, fresh 4.50 each, cooked in the cloth in order to retain the cooking juices in contact with the product, with no added polyphosphates, dairy products or gluten.

Storage:
after cooling, the de-moulded turkey is wrapped in a resealable protective elastic sleeve, tied, vacuum-packed in a transparent Cryovac pouch, and pasteurised.
