This is a steam-cooked prosciutto cotto, made from selected fresh Italian pork leg, trimmed and defatted of excess, rind removed, wrapped in Mediterranean herb-infused cloth to retain cooking juices in contact with the product, and tied.

Packaged in red aluminum with a transparent window and pasteurized.
