High-quality prosciutto cotto from certified Italian pork leg

Raw material:

Fresh selected Italian pork leg without shank 13.50 kg, trimmed and defatted of excess, with no added polyphosphates, milk derivatives and gluten.

After cooling, the de-moulded prosciutto is wrapped in a resealable elastic sleeve. It is then tied, packaged and pasteurised.
